Safe community agreement
You must accept these rules before registering or logging in. VanLifers does not tolerate abusive behaviour or objectionable content.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
You must read and agree to these Terms before creating an account or logging in. By using VanLifers, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Age requirement
VanLifers is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
3. Community content and conduct
VanLifers has zero tolerance for abusive users or objectionable content. You must not post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or violent material, illegal content, impersonation, spam, deliberate misinformation, or content that infringes another person’s rights. You are responsible for content you upload, including posts, comments, photos, reviews, locations, and reports.
4. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Users can flag objectionable posts or comments and can block the account responsible. Blocking immediately removes that account’s posts and comments from the blocking user’s community feed and sends a moderation report to VanLifers. We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve reported material, issue warnings, suspend community access, or terminate accounts. Reports must be made honestly and must not be abused.
5. Content licence
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VanLifers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, and improve the app.
6. Locations and navigation
Location details, restrictions, routes, and community submissions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always follow road signs, applicable laws, vehicle limits, and real-world conditions. Do not rely on VanLifers as the sole source of safety information.
7. Subscriptions
VanLifers Pro subscriptions are billed through the platform where purchased and automatically renew unless cancelled through that platform’s subscription settings. Prices and subscription periods are shown before purchase. Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.
8. Account action and termination
We may restrict community features, remove content, suspend, or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, creates risk for other users, or abuses reporting or blocking tools. You may stop using VanLifers or request account deletion at any time.
9. Availability and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, VanLifers is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user content, route data, service interruptions, or decisions made solely using information in the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Apple licence terms
For downloads through Apple, these Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, the Apple terms apply to the extent required.

We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown in the app. Questions, safety concerns, and appeals can be sent through Contact Support in the Profile tab.
